1. Our rules are subject to change at any given time, with or without notice. Not reading, or not staying up-to-date with these rules is not a justification for violating any of them.
2. Punishment types and / or durations are accordingly set as a fixed value by the moderation systems in place, i.e. the in-game anti-cheat and the chat filter.
3. Contrary to the moderation systems, the Staff Team have leeway to interpret and enforce these rules as they see fit, and as such punishment types and / or durations by them may vary accordingly.
4. Violating any of the rules can lead to permanent removal from the Network with or without warning, not just the rules that are warned specifically of this. This is due to the fact that factors such as punishment history, severity of the rule violation, etc., are always taken into account.
5. Encouraging and / or persuading anyone to break the rules is met with the same punishment the one that breaks them receives.
6. By playing in our Network, you agree to comply with the undermentioned rules.
7. Keep in mind, all General Sky Kingdoms Rules apply in each game-mode as do their own rules.

Every member of our community is here to have a good time. Do not create a hostile / negative environment by engaging in or encouraging any of the following:
• Any form of hate speech.
• Threatening to harm anyone or telling anyone to harm themselves.
• Personal attacks.
• Doxxing / Threats of doxxing a person in any form.
• Subjecting / Threatening a person to a DoS/DDoS attack in any form.
• Discriminatory behavior.
• Spamming / Trolling.
• Server / Staff disrespect.
• Using language that can be considered inappropriate / vulgar.
• Using / providing any form of content that can be considered inappropriate / vulgar.
• Begging anyone for anything.
• Political discussions.
• Any type of impersonation of a member.
• Any type of harassment / negative behavior not already listed.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
Do not abuse the Network by advertising Sites, Servers or Services not affiliated with Sky Kingdoms. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Advertising / Mentioning any non-SK-affiliated website link(s).
• Advertising / Mentioning any non-SK-affiliated Server IP address(es).
• Advertising / Mentioning any non-SK-affiliated Server name(s).
• Advertising / Mentioning any non-SK-affiliated Service(s).
• Attempting to invite anyone to any non-SK-affiliated Server(s).
• Persuading someone to do the above.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
In public / main chat, only English, Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Romanian, Serbian, and Slovenian are allowed.
In private chats (/msg, /tell, /mail, etc.), other languages are allowed.
Keep in mind that we do not allow any language that does not use a Latin-script based alphabet.
Any type of mod that provides you with an unfair advantage over others is strictly prohibited.
Same goes for abusing glitches / flaws / exploits of any form, e.g. exploiting statistics, duping, attempts to harm the Server etc.

Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
Transactions / deals that include real-life properties are strictly prohibited. These include, but are not limited to the following:
• Trading in-game properties for real-life ones, (E.g., real-life money, gift cards, Minecraft accounts etc.)
• Trading in-game properties for other in-game properties obtainable via Buycraft. (E.g., offering in-game money for someone to buy you Keys from our Store.)
• Persuading someone to do the above.
The Sky Kingdoms Network & Team are not responsible for any outside / real-life losses that happen as a consequence of engaging in these actions.
Besides the already-mentioned Rule 1.5, scamming is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Not exchanging your side of the deal with the other party after the deal is agreed upon by both parties. (E.g., you agree to give item A to someone if they give you item B. They give you item B, and you don’t give Item A. That’s scamming by you.)
• Altering in-game items / properties in order to make it more persuading for buyers. (E.g., renaming properties such as Spawners, Rankbooks, etc.)
• Persuading someone to do the above.
This applies to every in-game item / property. Make sure to follow the Guidelines for Safe Trading here.
Using a VPN or Proxy will result in permanent removal from the Network.
Limitations regarding different accounts / alts differ based on whether the accounts are premium / online-mode or cracked / offline-mode:
You can have a maximum of 4 accounts online at all times.
The above does not mean you cannot possess more than 4 accounts / alts, it just means you cannot have more than 4 of them online at the same time throughout the Network.
Trying to alter the rules for various reasons is not allowed, and may result in you receiving the very punishment of the rule you tried to alter.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
Evading permanent punishments by means such as using another cracked account, or a VPN / Proxy to evade IP-based punishments is strictly prohibited. Using a premium account to "evade" a temporary ban is allowed - permanent punishments are not included in these exceptions!
Evading mutes by using signs, etc., is strictly prohibited for all accounts.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
Trying to and / or bypassing the Chat Filter will result in more severe punishments than the ones the chat filter itself deals.
Arguing about punishments or actions done by Staff is prohibited. If you have a complaint about Staff, you can complain properly by directing to the Owner / Manager, aag4.
Revealing that Staff are online while they are vanished / hidden in-game is not allowed. If you see a Staff member on for a split second, or if they tell you they’re online, etc., you can’t publicly state they are.
This includes, but is not limited to the following examples:
• Teaming with a hacker.
• Assisting an exploit abuser, e.g. a duper.
• Participating in their disallowed actions.
• Helping them with anything.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
Pretending to be Staff / mini-modding can lead to misunderstandings, and as such it is not allowed.
Actions that purposefully harm your team, such as killing them, breaking bed protection, wasting resources, etc., are not allowed.
This rule is not applicable to Solo Bedwars, for obvious reasons.
Cross-teaming is teaming with another team apart from yours in order to eliminate another team, and as such it is not allowed.
Only Zeus-ranked players are able to stay AFK for more than 10 minutes.
Trying to bypass the AFK-kick that happens after 10 minutes of inactivity via any method is strictly prohibited.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.
0-tick-farms do more harm than good, and are strictly prohibited.
Same goes for any build that serves as a lag machine.
Violating this rule may result in permanent removal from the Network, with or without warning.

Trying to bypass the AFK-kick that happens after 10 minutes of inactivity via any method is strictly prohibited.

We prevent logging off while in Combat for a reason.
The maximum team in Skypvp is 3 players total.
Claiming within 100 blocks of distance from someone else’s claim is not allowed, and can result in your claim being unclaimed.
You can have a maximum of 16 Spawners within a farm. Anything above is not allowed, and can result in removal of farm completely, if owner of it does not reduce upon request.
0-tick-farms do more harm than good, and are strictly prohibited.

Here, scamming is allowed, but up to an extent.
You can only scam Faction-specific items / properties. You cannot scam items / properties such as Player Points, Rankbooks, as they’re global, or items / properties that exist in a specific game-mode, e.g. Skypvp money, Survival items, etc.
Furthermore, you cannot offer global / outside-Factions items or properties in order to persuade the buyer into agreeing to the soon-to-be-scam deal.
E.g., if you offer Player Points for an item A in Factions, and you receive item A, yet don’t give the other party the offered Player Points, that is a punishable scam.
Keep in mind that you can still trade global items for stuff in Factions or vice versa. You just can’t use them in any way to scam.
Here, swearing is allowed, along with inappropriate content / topics, but up to an extent.
Excessive toxicity can and will be punished, even in Factions.
